Service Alert: National Mall Route to Modify Service for the Race for Hope 5k Run/Walk Sunday

DC Circulator to Detour National Mall Route Service for the Race for Hope 5k Run/Walk Sunday, May 5, 2024

 

The Race for Hope 5k Run/Walk will lead to road closures affecting the National Mall route. The bus service will detour to 4th Street NW, starting service west of stop # 2 at Madison Drive and 4th Street NW. The detour will start at 9:00 am and continue until 11:00 am or when traffic returns to normal.

The following bus stops will not be served during the service detour:

  • 1: E Street & Columbus Circle NE
  • 15: 3rd Street near Madison Drive NW
