Bikes and Scooters

DC Circulator allows riders to bring bikes and scooters along for their ride. Bikes can be loaded on the sturdy bike rack attached to the front of each bus. These racks are equipped with a locking mechanism for extra security.

BRINGING YOUR SCOOTER ON BOARD

Scooters such as the one pictured here can be brought on board at the operator’s discretion based on available space inside the bus. Only one scooter per passenger is allowed and up to two scooters at a time on each bus.  Scooters cannot be charged on the bus.

This policy does not apply to mobility scooters used by riders with disabilities. These scooters are protected under our accessibility policy.

LOAD YOUR BIKE ON THE BUS IN 5 EASY STEPS
