DC Circulator to Modify National Mall Route Service for the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 5k Run Saturday, April 6, 2024
The Credit Union Cherry Blossom 5k run will lead to road closures affecting the National Mall route. The DC Circulator will start service with a detour starting at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until 11:00 a.m. or when traffic returns to normal. Bus service will detour to Madison Drive NW, starting service west of stop # 2 at Madison Drive and 4th Street NW.
The following DC Circulator bus stops will not be served during the service detour:
- 1: E Street and Columbus Circle NE
- 8: West Basin Drive near Independence Avenue SW
- 15: 3rd Street near Madison Drive NW
