DC Circulator to Modify Service for the 101^st Annual National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Thursday, November 30, 2023

The 101^st National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will close critical segments of the service route, impacting service on the National Mall route. The following service changes will be effective on Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The National Mall route will begin detour service at approximately 1:00 pm on November 30, 2023, with buses running the Museum Loop. This loop serves the museums along the National Mall but will not serve the following stops along the Tidal Basin or near the Lincoln Memorial:

• 15^th SW / Jefferson Dr.
• 15^th SW near Maine Ave.
• Basin Dr. SW near Independence Ave.
• West Basin Dr. SW
• Lincoln Memorial Circle SW
• Constitution Ave. NW / 21^st
• Constitution Ave. NW / 18^th
• 15^th NW / Madison Dr.
