2022 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
Last fall, DC Circulator conducted our annual customer satisfaction survey to receive your feedback on our operations, service, safety, amenities, and more. We thank you for your feedback as these comments will help us to improve our overall bus program.

An overwhelming majority of riders, 96%, would recommend DC Circulator to others.
75% of riders say DC Circulator’s low fare and multiple payment options make riding with us easy and affordable.
Riders who use our amenities enjoy staying connected and keeping devices charged while riding DC Circulator. (P.S.: Did you know USB outlets are located under various seats throughout the bus?)
The most common reason for taking DC Circulator is to commute to and from work. Other popular destinations included doctor’s offices, grocery stores, and entertainment attractions.

DC Circulator encourages you to participate in Bike to Work Day on May 19! Biking is a great form of exercise and is very beneficial to our health and the environment, eliminating harmful pollutants from filling the air.
If you need to take a break from biking or if you're making a transit connection, DC Circulator has got you covered. Loading your bike on the front of the bus is easy! Check out the video below to learn more. Additionally, DC Circulator will be in Franklin Park for Bike to Work Day to show cyclists in person how to load their bike on DC Circulator.
This June, DC Circulator and DC Streetcar will both be wrapped in celebration of Pride Month! For the first time ever, DC Streetcar will be wrapped in a Pride design to match DC Circulator's second Pride wrap. Stay tuned for the festive reveal to celebrate this years’ theme: Peace, Love, and Revolution.
Farewell Cherry Blossoms!
DC Circulator joined in the spring fun as it was wrapped with a Cherry Blossom design in celebration of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. While DC Circulator's Blossom Bus made its festive return to the District, for the first time ever, DC Streetcar was wrapped in a matching Cherry Blossom design as well! The Blossom Bus participated in multiple special events including, First Day of Spring Kick-Off, Petalpalooza, and the National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade. Thank you to everyone that participated in our #BlossomRideDC photo contest and congratulations to our Amazon gift card winners! We hope you enjoyed riding and seeing DC Circulator’s Blossom Bus throughout the district.
